Laura Cipullo Whole Nutrition Services in conjunction with Experience Wellness Group offers clients working on recovery the opportunity to have a balanced dinner meal in a NYC restaurant. Clients eat with the Registered Dietitian and then have time to process the meal in a supportive, private environment. The group is ideal for learning adequate meal portions, including triggering and or challenging foods, conquering fears associated with eating out and verbalizing feelings associated with being full. An initial evaluation is required to determine if participants are appropriate for the meal group and to assist the Registered Dietitian in supporting each client’s challenges and goals. For women ages 18 and older. Contact Laura at 917-572-7137 to discuss your options.
